We also have floor plans designed to fit the needs of individual students and roommates: tenants have private bedrooms and bathrooms and share common areas, including spacious living rooms and full-size kitchens.

Individual Housing Contracts

Residents are responsible only for their portion of the rent — the hassle over payments is a thing of the past! We use individual housing contracts that rent by the bed, so there’s no need to collect money from roommates or worry about covering their shares. At The Husk, our housing contracts align with student schedules for ideal move in and move out dates — they begin around the start of the fall term and end in July.
